Were on the lookout for an Assistant Park Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests while supporting the overall success of the park.What Youll Do: Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and guest engagement Support the Deputy and Park Manager in driving team performance and park operations Take ownership of KPIs, financial performance, and cost control Ensure compliance with health & safety, F&B, and brand standards Oversee and deliver successful events, activities, and parties Be a visible and hands-on leader, inspiring and coaching your teamWhat Were Looking For: 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or events Strong financial acumen, including KPI management and cost control Experience managing and coaching large teams Knowledge of industry H&S standards and compliance Excellent customer service and engagement skills Experience working with SEN children and diverse customer needs Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office proficiency IOSH, First Aid, or alcohol license (desirable)If youre ready to bring energy, passion, and leadership to our team, wed love to hear from you!
