We are recruiting a Chef de partie for a star hotel in London.You must have experience in Continental cuisine, must have worked in a good fine dining / A la carte establishment.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Ensure food quality and presentation.Assist in developing new dishes and menus.Supervise and train commis chefs or other junior staff (in larger kitchens).Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.Manage portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.Skills and Qualifications:Culinary knowledge and experience.Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.Strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.Ability to work as part of a team.BenefitsSalary - 34000 per annum40 hours a weekOvertime paidExcellent opportunity for career progression
