They partner with higher education institutions, businesses, and policymakers to create impactful learning experiences that support the transition to a more sustainable future.RoleWe are looking for a talented Digital Learning Designer to collaborate on an exciting new project within the sustainability and innovation space. As part of this initiative, they are looking to convert existing in-person training into engaging digital learning that will support professionals, students, and organisations in developing the skills needed to drive sustainability and innovation.Skillset RequiredDigital Learning Development: Proven experience in designing and developing high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning courses, interactive modules, and video content.Transform pre-existing workshop content, recorded sessions, and structured materials into interactive e-learning modulesEnsure the learning design aligns with higher education best practicesDevelop digital courses within Moodle (LMS) and utilise Gomo (authoring tool)Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with SMEs, designers, and developers to create impactful learning solutions that align with business objectives.Creativity & Innovation: Ability to transform complex technical content into engaging and accessible learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences.Project Details:Number of Modules: 5 (equivalent to 2-3 hours of training)Tools: Moodle, Gomo (experience with these is highly beneficial)Day Rate: CompetitiveTarget Completion: End of Q3RewardsThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact learning project within a globally recognised organisation.
