Their faade engineering team works on cutting-edge projects across sectors including commercial, cultural, residential, and public realm.The Bristol office is a key part of their UK strategyoffering engineers the chance to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with a strong design ethos and commitment to innovation.The successful candidate will:Lead the structural design and coordination of faade systems across a wide range of projectsCollaborate closely with architects, clients, and internal engineering teams to deliver elegant, buildable, and cost-effective solutionsOversee materials selection, performance assessments, and integration with primary structuresContribute to project planning, resource management, and client-facing responsibilitiesMentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices within the faade teamRequirementsExtensive experience in structural faade engineering, ideally including curtain walling, cladding, and bespoke system designStrong knowledge of materials and structural behaviour, including glass, aluminium, steel, and composite systemsFamiliarity with relevant design codes and standards (e.g., CWCT, Eurocodes, BS EN)Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Rhino, and FEM toolsStrong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive, design-focused mindsetDegree in Structural or Faade Engineering (or closely related discipline)Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
