Administrator Overhead LinesSalary: 24,314Location: Stockton25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidaysAgile workingCompany Pension Scheme A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within Integrated Utility Services, and we are looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support for the Overhead Line workstream to ensure successful delivery of works.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the management team.Collation and submission of daily whereabouts.Attend weekly progress (programme) meetings.Working to Group Procurement procedures when processing orders for payment.Supporting the requesting of information/documentation such as; safe digs, interruption cards, surveys, notices etc.Order requested PPE if required.Order materials where required.Collating the required information for monthly invoicing.Assist with non-conformance and customer complaint issues where required.Collate the weekly hours from the industrial timesheet submissions and relay that back to the Operations manager.Carry out any other general or ad hoc tasks as required.Key CompetenciesPlanning and organisationGood communication skills written and verbalTeam playerTime managementInterpreting data and informationQualifications and Attributes:Essential Qualifications and ExperienceA minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above (including English and Maths).Administration experienceIT skillsDesirable Qualifications and ExperienceAbility to interface well with colleagues and customersWorks well under own initiative (logical thinking and problem solver)
