Support the Partnering team to provide a world-class people service to the wider business. Play a key role in managing their unique onboarding experience, including inductions, and pre-boarding interaction. Support in the development and continuous improvement of a high-performance People function. Provide support to the team, constantly innovating and improving ideas, with the mission of the organisation always in mind.You will be a good fit if you have: ~3 years experience in a People team, in the Tech or Biotechnology space. A collaborative nature and solution-oriented approach. The passion to work alongside some of the smartest minds from across their area of expertise. A desire to cultivate strong relationships and support on high-impact projects.
