Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance & Repairs Engineer - 40k + BensWould you like to join one of the UK's leading Air Conditioning service and maintenance companies who specialise in sectors such as Private healthcare, Retail,Commercial offices,Colleges and Schools, High end residential, Heritage sites, Veterinary practices and Auction HousesIf so, an exciting opportunity has arisen due to our clients continued organic growth as they are now proactively seeking an experienced air conditioning engineer to join their growing service and maintenance team to work across contracts within London & the Home Counties.The Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance & Repairs Engineer will be responsible for the service and planned maintenance plus fault finding and repairs to systems such as DX Splits, VAV's, VRF's and VRV's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all types of HVAC and Refrigeration plant.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Services and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position and in return, the company is offering a competitive salary of 40,000 with a potential route into further career progression.Key duties & Responsibilities City & Guilds Level 2 and or 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 2079 Safe handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) CAT 1 Electrical 18th Edition Qualification A minimum of 5 years' experience post apprenticeship. Full Driving Licence. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to exercise diplomacy, tack, sensitivity and control in managing difficult or Vulnerable clients/consumers. Demonstrate a pro-active, drive, and commitment style of working. Ability to analyse queries, identify problems and solutions. Excellent team player. Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Ability to work accurately, under pressure and to time targets.
