Enabling the Buyers and the Buying Department to function efficiently.Role key responsibilitiesSupporting the administrative requirements of the buyersOrder management, including loading orders onto and maintaining the range plan, placing purchase orders, and confirming orders with brands and suppliersManaging the critical path of the product from purchase to delivery and on sale to sell outMonitoring and reviewing the accuracy of product onlineTracking, receiving, logging and maintaining the sample libraryQC and sample fit sessionsCompetitor analysis and competitor shopping reportsTrend researchCreating packs and trend boardsLiaising with brands and suppliers dailyBeing the first point of contact for the warehouseBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with brandsAssisting other departments with product and brand related enquiriesWorking with other departments to ensure the brands and products are presented in the best way (photography, marketing)Managing the SKU exception processPreparing reports, updating spreadsheets and databasesAbout YouSkill/competency2 years administrative experienceProficient in ExcelAbility to work to deadlinesStrong work ethicExcellent communicatorPositive attitudeStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsBe able to work well as part of a dynamic teamA keen interest in sports and fashion, as well as knowledge of sports and fashion product would be advantageous.About UsAt MandM, our employees are driven by a shared commitment to excellence and making a real impact in the industry.
