We are working with a fantastic law firm based in Leicester who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to work on a full-time permanent basis.Theyre ideally looking for someone to join the team who has a legal degree and is looking for more experience within the industry. While they wouldnt be able to guarantee a training contract, they would be able to support candidates to complete their SQE and develop their skillset.Typical duties would include:Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required.Communicate effectively with clients and relevant parties.Attending meetings and taking notes as required.Maintain case files and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.The successful candidate:A law degree or previous paralegal experienceAn interest or experience working within Commercial PropertyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalWell organised with a high level of attention to detailGood client facing skills and able to build positive relationships.Previous Paralegal experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
