M&E Engineer Pharmaceutical SurreyOur client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in technology schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.Due to continued growth in the region of their pharmaceutical division, our client is now seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join their team based on a Pharmaceutical build in Surrey.ResponsibilitiesPreparing method statements and risk assessments (with construction team) for production activitiesPrepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off and tender schedules.Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analysing returned tenders.Keeping up to date the delivery schedule to control deliveriesSeeking to clarify queries with the Design team through request for information (RFI) systemMonitor progress against the program and issue progress reportsProducing look ahead programs to assist production.Carrying out Quality Control through inspections and snaggingCarrying out document control, recording & transmitting informationAll other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your managerRequirementsMust have relevant engineering degree or similar trades backgroundMust have 3+ Years experience in a similar roleBenefits55,000-60,000 per annum + BenefitsJBRP1_UKTJ
