We're Hiring: Amazon Catalog & Case Manager (Remote)Myhalos is growing fast and we're on the hunt for a sharp, detail-obsessed Amazon Catalog & Case Manager to join our global team. If you're passionate about clean listings, solving cases like a pro, and making sure everything runs like clockwork on Amazon we want to talk to you. What Youll Be Doing:- Managing and optimizing product listings (A+ content, variations, keywords, etc.) across multiple marketplaces (NA, EU, UK, AU)- Monitoring listings daily, catching issues fast- Handling cases with Amazon support from listing suppressions to brand registry issues- Overseeing inventory, pricing and metrics to maintain profitability.- Ensuring 100% catalog health - Coordinating with our supplier and operations team on updates and compliance- Analyzing performance using Seller Central and Helium 10 for data-driven improvements.Note: This role is limited to Catalog, Account, and Troubleshooting Management. No new listing creation, logistics, PPC, or customer service tasks are included. Were Looking For Someone Who:- Has 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially with catalog and case management- Knows how to navigate and escalate support cases- Is fluent in catalog logic: flat files, variations, attributes, and listing rules- Expertise in updating listings (keyword research, SEO).- Communicates clearly, thinks critically, and takes ownership- Is organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys solving problems- Familiarity with Helium 10 and Seller Central data analysis.- Knowledge of Shopify and Walmart is a plusBrownie Points for: Health and wellness product experience.
