Sustainability Manager FTC Were looking for a Sustainability Manager to lead high-impact projects within the retail industry and help deliver meaningful social and environmental progress.This is a Watford based role (2 days a week) paying 45KAbout the RoleIn this role, youll use your analytical skills to provide evidence-based solutions that drive real change. Youll collaborate with key industry stakeholders, manage sustainability projects, and contribute to the development of environmental methodologies, data systems, and governance frameworks.What Youll Do: Manage and deliver key sustainability projects within agreed timelines and budgets Track progress against KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities Engage with industry stakeholders, technical experts, and partners to enhance impact Develop reports, presentations, and content that influence sustainability strategies Use data and insights to inform and continually improve sustainability initiatives Support internal teams in embedding sustainability into broader business activitiesWhat Were Looking For:Experience working in Retail, FMCG, Grocery or any B2C product based businessStrong knowledge of environmental sustainability topicsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects forward independentlyExperience in Scope 3 reporting or environmental labellingKnowledge of environmental methodologies, life cycle assessments, and governance frameworksIf this is of interest please let me know and we can arrange a time to speak
