You think in bets, ship fast, sweat the details, and are an exceptional individual contributor.Live and breathe the online AI and marketing scene youre experimenting with tools and models before they trend.Know how to create beautiful, intuitive-to-use web applications without bloated teams or endless roadmaps.Think in systems: front-end, back-end, APIs, hosting, auth, and analytics you stitch it all together fast and clean.Care about performance, UX, and making things feel right.Can demonstrate excellence in previous work: side projects, MVPs, or anything youve built.
