If you have previous experience as Administrative Assistant, then please apply today!Administrative Assistant duties:Greeting visitors and suppliers on arrival.Answer incoming calls.Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.Work closely with the Project Managers on all stand requirements.Responsible for updating work updates, wall planners and new business files.Organise company travel and hotel bookings.Running the company social media and associated software.Assist Accounts department:Matching invoices to delivery notes.Coding invoices.Petty Cash - coding & scanning receipts.Credit Card - chasing and allocation of receipts.Payroll - chasing missing time sheets, investigating discrepancies, calculating hours.Insurance assist with annual checks.Archiving.Administrative Assistant skills and experience required:Previous administration experience.Excellent IT skills, to include all Office products - specifically Excel and Word.Excellent organisational skills within the workplace.Good communication skills both in person and on the telephone.Strong attention to detail.Previous social media experience.No Agencies thank you.Job Type: Full-timePay: From 23,500.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingLife insuranceOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSchedule:HolidaysMonday to Friday 09.00-17.00 No weekendsAbility to commuteRedditch: reliably commute (required)Experience:Administrative: 1 year (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)
