Solution Search are currently assisting a Tier 1 M&E contractor based in central London.They have successfully secured Life science projects in London and South East. And are now in search of an MEP Project Director to deliver high value projects. Life Science/hospital project experience is a must!You will lead the overall operational delivery of a major/strategic ME&P project, up to the total value of 100+million. Ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction are delivered through effective leadership, high performingteams and exceptional internal and external stakeholder management.Experience managing large projects and teams from pre construction through to PC is non negotiable.ResponsibilitiesMeasure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)Deliver project within budget and on time.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.QualificationsHNC/HND or relevant MEP experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in product managementSalary up to 130k - 140k+package - all dependent on experience.UK Applicants onlyTo be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!!!
