IMG is a subsidiary of Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company.What You'll Do: As the Director, Human Resources you will lead the delivery of a strategic HR plan that executes the business objectives through its People Strategy.Supporting the RIGHTS business as a thought partner, challenger, and supporter you will lead the HR Business Partnering function and help foster an environment where innovative and creative people can do their best work. You will oversee the various departments across the global RIGHTS business including but not limited to; Commercial Sales, Sports Management, Strategy, Marketing and Digital.Partnering with the HR centres of excellence, you will drive the HR agenda, promote change and foster productive and positive cross-functional relationships in all parts of the company.ResponsibilitiesReporting into the SVP, HR, IMG you will play a strategic role on the IMG HR Leadership team.Partner with the RIGHTS Senior Leadership team on all matters related to HR strategy, internal growth, talent attraction, retention, employee direction and development and engagement.Overseeing the strategic direction of the HR function for RIGHTS with responsibility for all departments across RIGHTS globally.Recognise divisional and departmental challenges, develop practical strategies and solutions, and coordinate with leadership to ensure effective implementation.Work with leadership to drive strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and maximise productivity at an individual, team, and divisional level.Taking accountability and management for complex employee relations case management and working closely with Employment Counsel.Provide guidance, development and direction to the RIGHTS HR team to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.Proactively identify and implement procedures that promote employee performance and job satisfaction. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policy and regulation while promoting positive employee morale.Identify, develop and implement innovative HR projects in order to improve employee engagement.Utilise employee information and data (quantitative and qualitative) and interpret to inform and support business decisions.Working in partnership with the Recruitment team to ensure that resourcing plans are agreed in advance of recruitment processes commencing, ensuring the selection and assessment processes are viewed though a D&I lens.In conjunction with the Compensation and Benefits team, work on the reward strategy and ensure consistency across the wider company and industry.Partnering with the Learning and Development team to implement L&D initiatives which embed a mindset of continuous improvement, allowing the opportunity for employees to continually develop.Partnering with the business to push the DE&I agenda forward and ensure that decisions, focus and programming is carried out with a DE&I lens.Develop the team of business partners to progress and support their career growth, providing guidance while stretching to fulfil their potential.Partner with the wider HR business partner team on enterprise-wide initiatives.Any other ad hoc responsibilities that are in scope of the role.You Have These:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field required; relevant Masters degree preferred.Significant experience in a senior HR business partnering role working as a key member on HR and business leadership teams.A strong working knowledge and understanding of relevant employment/human resources laws and regulations is required.A proven background of being able to engage, influence and develop strong relationships within a fast paced environment with people at multiple levels.Significant experience in managing complex employee relations cases, organisation design and employee resourcing strategies.Experience of leading HR teams and a proven record of developing careers over multiple sites and regional locations.Be comfortable taking responsibly and ownership for HR matters across a sizeable population.Business acumen and understanding of P&Ls.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Skills and AbilitiesStrong commercial and project management skills.Ability to identify potential conflicts within and across employee teams and address them proactively.Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team environment to build and lead an effective and high-performing team.Take a proactive approach to your work which addresses problems in advance of issues arising.Experience of prioritising workloads in an agile environment to serve business needs.An ability to analyse and interpret data to identify strengths and weaknesses.Working ConditionsThis role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriateMaternity Cover, 12 monthsMay be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetingsUnsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business scheduleAdapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
