Job Description: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Bedford, UKJob Summary:As a Business Development Exec, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the primary care and integrated urgent care sectorRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutionsSales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation, to secure new business and increase revenueMarket Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay competitive and identify potential new clientsConsultative Approach: Provide expert advice to clients regarding recruitment needs, workforce solutions, and staffing trends in the integrated urgent and primary care sectorCollaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectivelyClient Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery, addressing any concerns or issues to ensure long-term relationships. Escalate to the Director of Business Development and Service Delivery, when necessaryReporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, progress, and pipeline updates in the CRM systemEvent Participation: Represent the company at healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leadsOther: From time to time, there may be other tasks assigned which contribute to the overall success of the CompanyQualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare recruitment or primary care sectorStrong understanding of the UK healthcare industry, particularly primary care recruitmentDemonstrable track record of generating new business, meeting targets, and closing salesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive, solution-focused attitude with a passion for healthcare recruitmentDescribe to all contacts what the group can offerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to identify and secure new clientsAbility to identify potential business opportunitiesTo have a sound knowledge of all clinician types and funding streams.Sound Market knowledgeStrong negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to build rapport
