This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of the businesses systems alongside managing an IT Support Technician to ensure seamless operations across the business. Up to 50,000 DOE Opportunity to work for one of the UK's fastest growing businessesEnhance holiday allowanceFree onsite parkingSocial events/ activitiesFlexible start/ finish times + more The Role: Act as the main point of contact for any business systems issues, faults or upgradesMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures.Collaborate with third-party providers for support and development of key systemsProvide technical support and training and serve as the expert key business systems.Oversee system administration, upgrades, and ensure software security and compliance.Manage and provide 1-1s for their internal IT Support Staff About You: Experience in managing business systems and software, preferably in retail or e-commerce.A solid understanding of business workflows and how technology can enhance them.Demonstrated ability to manage technology projects from selection through to optimisation.Experience in team leadership and delivering end-user training.Familiarity with Sage 200, Linnworks, or Peoplevox would be advantageous.Any previous experience working with platforms such as Oracle, SAP or D365 etc to demonstrate your ability to manage various systems would be great to see.
