Office Based - DumfriesAre you an experienced warehouse manager or stock control specialist looking to take the next step in your career?Our client, a hugely respected, long-established business within the agricultural sector is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team.Main Responsibilities:Overseeing daily warehouse operations - ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock managementManaging stock levels - re-ordering and optimising inventory processesImplementing and managing a new stock system - to improve tracking, reporting and overall inventory controlLeading and supporting the warehouse team - fostering a high-performance cultureLiaising with other teams - ensuring seamless collaboration across the businessProviding outstanding customer service - acting as a professional and knowledgeable point of contactRequirements:Experience in warehouse operations or stock control management (or a similar field)Organised with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage and engage a team effectivelyOutgoing, driven and eager to bring new ideas to the tableGood administrative, numerical and IT skillsAgricultural background preferred, but not essentialTo be considered for this role, you must be within a commutable distance of Dumfries or willing to relocate.Package:This is a really exciting opportunity offering a base salary of up to 40K for the right individual, in addition to 28 days of annual leave, a performance-based bonus and a huge opportunity for career progression.For more information on this role, please contact Caitlin Jones on 0161 820 3510 or cjones@noble-futures.com
