JOB OPPORTUNITY ECOMMERCE MANAGERTitle: Ecommerce ManagerLocation: Halesowen, West Midlands, UKHours: Full time, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00The RoleHeadstock Group is recruiting an Ecommerce Manager, with a primary responsibility for growing our portfolio of brands through an established Amazon business. Working in a fast-paced office environment, the role provides an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of tasks with some of the worlds leading musical equipment brands.To be a successful candidate you will be motivated, organised, and proactive, with good communication skills and will be comfortable working in a team based at our West Midlands headquarters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and marketing of the Amazon platform, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The role involves direct growth of our brands through Amazon Vendor Central and other e-commerce platforms.Based in the Black Country, in the heart of the UK, Headstock Group is a family-owned, private company. It is the owner of the world-renowned Laney Amplification and HH Electronics brands, and the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for Ibanez, DiMarzio, Truetone, Tama, Zildjian, Vic Firth & Aquarian Drumheads. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work across all of these exciting brands, to gain experience and to potentially progress within the organisation over time.Key DutiesCustomer order and shipment processing.Analysis and insight of forecasting and brand analytics to drive sales and ensure fulfilment.Optimising our catalogue and presence on the site to ensure our brands are well represented. This will include, but is not limited to; Brand Stores, A+ content, product variations, keywords, images and videos.Marketing campaigns using Amazon Marketing Services in conjunction with the marketing strategy of relevant departments.Monitor and report on weekly metrics such as advertising performance, sales performance, order fulfilment and customer insights.Coordination with buyers to ensure high availability of stock.Key SkillsExcellent written EnglishStrong IT literacy to include MS OfficeHighly numerate with a proven track record for data insightsOrganised with a systematic approach to task prioritisation and with a keen eye for detailBe able to work independentlyBe eager to learn and to retain informationAdditional Useful SkillsRecent experience and knowledge of Vendor Central or Seller CentralBrand Analytics, Brand Registry and AMS/PPC strongly desirableKnowledge of other European languagesExperience as a guitarist, bassist, sound engineer or drummerExperience in an office or workplace to include the use of email, telephone systems and MRP/ERP software systemsPackageCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience28 days holidays including statutory days and bank holidaysA flexible approach to working hours, where possibleA staff discount scheme on our catalogue of productsAn Employee Assistance Programme, offering support across a range of areasA relaxed dress codeA fantastic coffee machineFree car parkingCycle to Work SchemeApplicationPlease ensure applications include a full CV, a covering letter, and details of salary expectations.
