This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading mid-market fund actively pursuing acquisition-led growth strategies across various industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio management.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research and identify attractive investment opportunities within our target sectors.Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return assessments for potential acquisitions.Lead due diligence efforts, working closely with advisors and internal teams to assess financial, operational, and strategic risks.Support deal execution, including structuring, negotiations, and transaction documentation.Assist in the development and execution of buy-and-build strategies, collaborating with portfolio company management teams.Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to value-creation initiatives, including operational improvements and strategic growth projects.Qualifications & Experience:2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A), strategy consulting, or a related financial services role.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance.Experience in conducting due diligence and transaction execution.Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
