This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join dwell Student Living as Compliance Manager. In this pivotal role you will support the business in the management and provision of Health & Safety, Fire, and Security governance and compliance, working cohesively with relevant teams across the business to provide a consistent, national approach to ensuring the safety of dwell Students` customers, people, visitors, and properties.This role will require travel across the UK.What You`ll Be DoingManaging Health, Safety and Compliance projects; owning and managing the Health & Safety project management software toolProviding regular updates, reporting and analysis to the group on safety governance and complianceProviding line management and leadership to the Compliance AssistantManaging Health, Safety and compliance communications to ensure consistency across all sitesReviewing and managing the Health & Safety Management System including all policy, procedures, and guidanceConducting periodic quality assurance checks of Health & Safety across all sitesHorizon scanning for legislative changes and managing any policy updatesManaging all compliance contracts ensuring all sites are operating according to legislationWhat We`re Looking for in YouMinimum Level 6 Health & Safety QualificationQualification in Project ManagementGreat communicator, experienced at developing engaging Health and Safety communicationExcellent stakeholder management, able to develop great relationships with third parties and internal business partnersExperience of managing Health & Safety software systems and improving reportingExperience of manging business insight, analysis of data and predictive analyticsAnalytical skills and ability to manage budgets
