Senior Financial Controller - Spanish Speaking FTC Hybrid working - London80,000 - 90,000We are exclusively partnered with a privately owned investment group in their search for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to take ownership of all accounting aspects for their Spanish property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to take control of the financial reporting for a multi-asset portfolio in Spain and partner with senior stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory accounts for the Spanish portfolio under Spanish GAAPManage cash flow, interest payments, and dividends to optimise financial performanceLead monthly and quarterly closing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiencyProvide financial analysis, including capex, profitability, and cash flow forecastingPartner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-makingPrepare Board reports, MSCI performance reporting, VAT submissions, and CIS reportingDrive process improvement and change management initiativesMinimum requirements:Spanish language skills are essentialQualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong real estate finance experienceExpertise in Spanish GAAP and property finance, ideally from a consultancy or property management backgroundHands-on experience in accounting, FP&A, and finance partneringStrong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing senior stakeholdersExcel proficiency and experience with accounting/property management softwareIf you are interested and have relevant experience, apply ASAP to secure and interview ASAP!
