Operations Manager London (Hybrid 3x) 40,000 to 50,000 + 15% BonusOur client is one of the most successful drinks brands in FMCG. They are listed in every major supermarket and due to consistent double digit YoY growth they are looking to add an Operations Manager to own the end to end supply chain for a significant portion of their business as they open a new factory. Role & Responsibilities: Management of incoming and outgoing stock movementsOwnership of key external relationships with the factory, warehouse and 3PL.Demand forecast planning, partnering closely with the sales teamManagement of stock levels and raising of purchase orders for stock productionsPartner across the business on new product launchesSupport in close of month endReporting against supply related KPIs (write-off, OTIF, delivery costs, in store and on-shelf availability)Identify and action cost saving initiatives throughout the chainWhats on Offer?
