As a strategic thinker, youre organised, solution-oriented and apply your attention to detail, expertise and knowledge to every challenge.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with leaders across the business to gain a deep understanding of our strategy and ensure the aligned evolution and integration of HR practicesServe as a trusted advisor to management, offering expert guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relationsDrive employee engagement and training agendas within the business.Undertake and manage projects and new initiatives, where identified, including but not limited to employee engagement, recognition, leadership development, talent identification and development and organisational change.Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and career development.Support on the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding as well as driving growth through recruitment.Stay current on recent changes in HR legislation and employer duties and implement the necessary changes.Help shape the employer value proposition with other business Partners.Regular delivery of key people data, with relevant insights and quarterly board reporting.Key RequirementsBachelors degree5+ years of experience within a fast-paced HR roleIn depth knowledge of HR best practices and experience in drafting policies to ensure complianceExperience across all areas of the employee life cycleA strong strategic mindset as business acumenExperience within a consulting environment highly appreciated
