Furthermore, you will turn data into information and communicate findings across the company.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside culturally diverse and international teams contributing to continuous improvement and high standards of performance.Experience & Educational background Educational Background: A degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering)Experience: 2-5 years of experience working as a scientist or project leader, with a proven track record of managing and leading projects.Skills: Strong project leadership and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
