Location: Hyde Road Head Office (M12 6JS) - flexibility required to travel to other depots: Wythenshawe, Sharston, Ashton-under-LyneHours: Full time permanent contract 38 hours per weekAs an integral member of the Metroline Manchester HR/ People Team, the Data Protection and Compliance Coordinator will provide essential support to the Head of HR, ensuring all data requests are processed in a timely manner in line with GDPR. Keeping accurate records of all data requests and managing the end-to-end delivery of the service, whilst also providing support to the wider business on data protection, compliance and retention legislation and best practice.As the Data Protection Specialist you will also assist with broader administrative tasks across the HR/ People Team, including employee compliance reporting, tracking and auditing processes, and promoting positive employee relations to support operational goals.About usMetroline Manchester is a recently formed subsidiary of ComfortDelGro, in March 2024 we were awarded contracts to operate four franchises and join the Bee Network in Greater Manchester by Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).
