Read more about us here.About the role and what you will be doing:Fenton is seeking a Fine Jewellery Client Adviser to join our young and dynamic Concierge team (Sales and Operations) in managing our Sales, Aftercare and Retail Operations. The Concierge team is at the heart of what we do at Fenton, and is responsible for providing a 5 customer experience pre, during and post sale. This role is ideal for an eager jewellery-lover to start their career hitting the ground running!The individual will be personable, with knowledge of jewellery manufacture and gemmology to support the sales and fulfilment pipelines. The perfect candidate is passionate, personable, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow. The candidate will be VERY eager to provide the best in-class customer service to any Fenton customer, make an impact every day and learn from everyone in the team.The role will work closely with our sourcing and manufacturing team, as well as our UK-based vendors. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Hosting in person and virtual client appointments.Helping manage the sales and fulfilment pipelines supporting increased topline growth of the company.Responding to all customer inquiries with a Fenton style approach.Guiding clients through our bespoke process including knowledge of the gemstones we can source and advising on design feasibility. Liaising with both the UK and India team to discuss gemstone sourcing options and customer preferences.Acting as the translator between the sourcing & manufacturing team and your client with regards to CADs & renders.Supporting the post-purchase journey with the customer regarding our Aftercare policy and jewellery care advice.For us, no task is too small, and theres always plenty of things to be done - we value those who can roll up their sleeves and really get stuck in!What were looking for:A passion for jewellery in any manner!An understanding of Fenton and what we stand for as a brand.Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.Comfortable with tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Trengo, Slack, Excel and Word.Gemmological qualification is a plus. The right attitude!
