The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and existing customers and provide a first class experience to all our clients. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. ResponsibilitiesTo ensure customer requirements are satisfied and they receive the right product on time and in full Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders ensuring customer success is at the forefrontCreate and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs and identify opportunities for growth across our various vertical markets Provide client reporting tools that give CHH detailed insight to our client relationship statusEnsure the correct level of stock is held to meet both customer and CHH requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience in a corporate customer service/account management environment Good communication skills with ability to build and forge meaningful business relationships - internally as well as externallyAbility to multi-task and provide solutions to problemsStrong time management skillsProfessional appearance and approach Please note: this position is full time, office based in Birmingham
