Join our team as a Senior Planner and play a key role in optimising stock management, forecasting and replenishment in the Beauty category. As a Senior Planner - Beauty, youll collaborate with the category procurement teams to drive stock planning, purchasing and replenishment strategies that maximise sales and profitability whilst minimising stock investment. Youll support the Supply Chain Manager in executing strategy, managing key projects and leading a team of planners.RESPONSIBILITIESStock Management: Effectively manage stock intake and replenishment for a designated category, department, or selection of brands, ensuring alignment with set KPIsForecasting & Planning: Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and logistics to forecast and plan stock requirements, ensuring maximum availability while minimizing stock investmentReplenishment & Optimisation: Maintain and optimise replenishment systems to improve stock management, availability, and investmentTeam Support & Development: Coach, develop, and support Supply Chain Planners and Assistant PlannersStakeholder Collaboration: Build strong business relationships with procurement, retail, space planning, suppliers, and logistics, while supporting Global Supply Chain teams when neededProject Management: Manage replenishment and stock requirements for key projects and areas within the categoryStrategy Execution: Support the Planning and Purchasing Manager in executing the Supply Chain Strategy and deputize when requiredCross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of replenishment activities across the supply chainWHAT WERE LOOKING FORProven skills in planning, organising, and prioritisingAdvanced proficiency in Excel and strong numerical/analytical abilitiesExperience with merchandising/replenishment systems, ideally JDA or SAPKnowledge of OTB (Open-to-Buy) and WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake) planningDeep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, forecasting, stock management, and store replenishmentExperience in high-volume retail or consumer goods industries, working with a wide range of SKUsExposure to diverse markets or geographies is advantageousExperience in managing, coaching and developing a teamStrong initiative, drive, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
