We value individuals who can go beyond routine maintenance, contribute ideas, and play an active role in improving performance across the business.Location: East KilbrideHours: Predominantly MondayFriday, day shift, with occasional weekend work as required by business needsSalary: 40,000 45,000 per annum, depending on experienceRole Summary:We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support the efficient and consistent production capability of our East Kilbride laundry facility. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operation.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on all site equipmentRespond to and resolve equipment breakdowns quickly and effectivelySupport continuous improvement through proactive fault finding and root cause analysisEnsure full compliance with health & safety and regulatory standardsMaintain accurate records in the sites CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)Analyse maintenance data to identify recurring issues and help drive improvementsWork closely with production teams to support efficient and consistent factory performanceWeekend work may be required as per business needWhat Were Looking For:Recognised engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent)Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (industrial laundry or production equipment experience an advantage)Confident using CMMS systems and maintenance best practicesProactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a teamBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discount and welfare appCycle to work schemeOpportunities for overtimeOngoing training and developmentAdditional Information:We are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
