Join our dynamic team and be part of a greener future!Having successfully built a joint venture to transition the business, we are now looking for a Junior Project Manager who can leverage their experience across multiple workstreams to help drive the next phase of our growth.About the Role - As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of key projects across our organisation, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Given our unique journey, we are particularly looking for someone who has experience working across multiple functions - including legal, commercial, HR, digital, engineering, construction, operations, and governance - in a joint venture or start-up environment.ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Support the end-to-end management of projects across various business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.Workstream Integration: Bring together diverse workstreams - legal, commercial, HR, digital, engineering, construction, operations, and governance - to maintain project momentum.Internal Controls & Governance: Contribute to the development and implementation of governance frameworks and internal controls to ensure compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks, working proactively to mitigate them.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear records of project progress, decisions, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability.Process Improvement: Identify areas where processes can be refined or optimised to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications & Required SkillsHands-on experience working across multiple workstreams in an EV CPO.Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.A good understanding of legal, commercial, and operational considerations in a growing business.Experience working in the UK EV CPO sector, with an understanding of industry regulations, market dynamics, and operational challenges.Knowledge of internal controls and governance frameworks, with the ability to support their implementation and refinement.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is desirable but not essential.Degree qualified preferrable and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Microsoft Power BI.This role offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and impactful industry.
