Were also expanding our features to help customers stay on top of servicing schedules, track repairs, manage road tax, and access exclusive benefits through our referral partners.Our SMART Repair (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) division is growing rapidly, with an increasing number of operators joining the team. Expanding our coverageparticularly in the South East of Englandwill be a key focus of this role.Beyond our existing services, were also exploring new opportunities through our tech development, and this role will play a crucial part in acquiring new operators to help drive that expansion. Its an exciting time to join Fresh Car, as this initiative will be one of our biggest growth drivers in the coming years.Looking ahead, our vision is to grow our franchise network from 100+ to over 300, creating more opportunities for local entrepreneurs while transforming the mobile car care industry in the UKMore information about the company can be found atwww.freshcar.co.ukThe RoleA rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and passionate candidate who wants to join Fresh as a business development executive responsible for helping drive new business to the company. You will work directly with Patrick, Head of Growth, recruiting and onboarding franchisees and marketplace operators based UK-wide. Fresh takes great pride in finding quality business owners to become ambassadors and in our exceptional support and coaching to help our franchisees maximise their businesses.Reporting directly to: Head Of Growth (Patrick)Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Supporting the head of departments by managing prospects from initial enquiry to launch, ensuring targets and monthly goals are met. Tracking sales performance on a regular basis and providing updates on the progress of leads, ensuring each stage of the sales journey is progressing smoothly. Building relationships with existing car care repair businesses, helping to nurture and strengthen partnerships. Proactively identifying and pursuing new lead generation opportunities, including researching potential partners and exploring new platforms. Assisting in improving the sales workflow by supporting updates to CRM & email systems to help streamline the lead process and improve efficiency. Conducting sales calls, video calls, and in-person meetings with prospects across the UK under the guidance of senior team members. Collaborating with the marketing team to help improve the product-market fit and franchise offering based on feedback and market insights. Assisting with evaluating candidates for franchise opportunities, including reviewing their experience, eligibility, and potential to succeed. Supporting the creation of training and financial planning roadmaps for new franchisees to ensure smooth launches.This is a unique opportunity to join the company at an exciting growth stage. While there may be times when extra hours are needed, youll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.We also understand that some sales calls can happen outside of regular hours, so your routine can be adjusted to accommodate this. Start and finish times will vary depending on the dayon admin-focused days, this might be 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, while days with sales and onboarding calls could be 10 am to 6 pm or 11 am to 7 pm. A flexible approach to your schedule is essential.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual who can manage their time well and enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment who is eager to learn and grow.
