With a team of 850 passionate professionals across seven UK offices, they work with major clients in media, education, pharmaceuticals, and technology.As part of a FTSE 250 listed construction and regeneration group with 3 billion in revenue, our client operates within a unified culture across eight complementary businesses, employing 6,600 talented individuals dedicated to creating sustainable value in the built environment.Role Overview:Lead the production and design of bids and business proposals.Gather and format information from team members for tender documents.Create bespoke tender submissions and pitch documents.Collaborate with pre-construction and construction teams to write content for tender submissions, highlighting key messages.Act as a liaison between marketing, pre-construction, and construction teams.Work closely with Contracts Managers to define win strategies and themes for bids.Research clients to understand their brand and values, incorporating this into tender submissions.Set bid deliverables and facilitate win rooms and mid-tender meetings.Innovate and embrace new methods to create winning bid documents.Coordinate with multimedia teams to storyboard video content.Ensure every bid reflects the quality of our offer and brand.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the content, quality, and compliance of bids.Ensure timely completion of tender submission documents.Understand the bid submission process.Identify bid differentiators.Ensure pre-construction information is handed over to the delivery team.Key Skills:Proficiency in leading planning document design software.Experience with Adobe InDesign and other design software is desirable.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong teamwork and individual work capabilities.Excellent communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus.Comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure).Excellent working environment with networking opportunities.Open and accepting culture with scope for innovation.Company pension scheme.Private medical care.Employee Discount Scheme with various shopping discounts.Outstanding training and progression opportunities.Regular staff social events.Cycle to Work scheme.About You: Our client is looking for a keen, helpful, and curious individual with an eye for detail who thrives on engaging with people.
