You'll plan, conduct, and analyse user research to provide valuable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.Responsibilities:Plan and execute a variety of user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.Develop research plans and protocols, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Conduct in-depth interviews and facilitate focus groups.Analyse and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify key insights and patterns.Create clear and concise research reports and presentations, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps.Define and track key user metrics to measure the impact of product changes.Qualifications:Proven experience with a variety of user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative techniques.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience working in an agile development environment.Proficiency with research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting.com, Lookback, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Does this role sound like it could be for you?
