Strategic Account Executive - HealthTech | Remote (UK or Ireland)Are you ready to join a fast-growing company on a mission to revolutionize healthcare? We are building the next-generation care enablement platform, providing healthcare teams with powerful AI-driven solutions to enhance patient care.Were seeking a Strategic Account Executive to play a key role in expanding our impact in the healthcare industry. Youll be working closely with GP practices, primary care networks, and federations to drive growth, convert leads, and maximize customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead user discovery & demo calls to understand client pain points and translate insights into optimal features.Manage accounts for GP practices and PCNs, ensuring continuous engagement and maximizing user adoption.Source leads, execute campaigns, and work through the full sales cycle from lead to closure.Attend events and conferences, representing the company, conducting demos, and converting leads.Scale prospecting efforts, identifying teams in the greatest need for AI-powered solutions.Collaborate with customer success teams to boost virality and maximize referral rates.Take on larger accounts, such as GP federations and ICSs, covering 1M+ patients.Work with NHS leaders to secure regional & national procurement opportunities.What We're Looking For:5-15 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota.Proven success in a high-intensity, fast-paced startup environment.Strong academic background with a track record of promotions and exceeding sales targets.Previous experience in health-tech or familiarity with healthcare systems.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven company transforming healthcare.Competitive salary & benefits with potential for growth in a rapidly expanding company.Join a top-tier team, recognized for having the top 5% SaaS growth rate and exceptional sales metrics.Salary: 80k - 100k base Equity: 0.2% - 1%Location: UK or Ireland (remote)If you're passionate about sales, healthcare innovation, and making a lasting impact, we want to hear from you.
