If you have a track record in subcontractor management, site leadership, and project delivery, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company offering stability, career growth, and a competitive package.The Role:Oversee site operations on major rail projects, ensuring smooth deliveryManage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to drive performanceEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high safety standardsLiaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong relationshipsLead site health & safety compliance, ensuring best practices are followedWhat You Need:Proven experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent on rail or civil engineering projectsStrong background in subcontractor managementPrevious projects including piling worksKnowledge of Network Rail standards and safety proceduresExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsRelevant qualifications (SMSTS, PTS, or equivalent preferred)Whats on Offer?
