This position requires someone who lives within 1 hour from London and would also be happy to travel and be on site in NHS hospitals, 1 day per week in either London, South East or Midlands areas. The award-winning app provides instant, on-demand multilingual, sign language, and easy-read communication support, ensuring that patients and healthcare professionals can understand each other in critical situations.We are now looking to support them in hiring a seasoned healthcare, digital project manager who will play a crucial part in engaging healthcare users, driving adoption of the app, supporting key projects, and contributing to sales retention and growth.This role reports to the Head of Client Engagement and will work closely with the Commercial Director. You will be a primary point of contact for end-user engagement and a key coordinator for strategic projects that drive the company's impact in the healthcare sector.If you are passionate about digital health, healthcare transformation, and project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Coordination of major healthcare projects ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.Supporting Project Leads in managing workflows, timelines, and reporting requirements.Act as a key point of contact for internal an external stakeholders, including NHS partners and research collaborators.Maintain project documentation, ensuring all compliance, reporting, and administrative requirements are met.Identify risks and dependencies, escalating challenges and proposing solutions as needed.Support healthcare organisations in successfully adopting and integrating the app within their workflows, particularly in hospital and acute care settings.Work closely with the Head of Client Engagement to deliver engagement strategies that improve app usage and retention.Deliver training, live demonstrations, and engagement sessions with end users to ensure effective usage and long-term engagement.Gather and analyse user feedback, working with the Product Team to improve functionality and the user experience.Maintain and update educational materials, FAQs, and user guides to support ongoing adoption.Assist the Commercial Director in maintaining and strengthening relationships with NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and enterprise clients.Support renewal discussions with existing customers by ensuring strong end-user engagement and adoption.Identify opportunities for deeper engagement within existing customer accounts to drive usage and retention.Provide support for pre-sales activities, including preparing presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with proposal writing.Maintain CRM records and customer insights, ensuring accurate reporting on engagement and retention efforts.Skills & Experience RequiredEssential:3+ years experience in project coordination, client engagement, or healthcare IT implementation.Experience working with healthcare providers (NHS experience preferred).Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Pipedrive).Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and project partners.Desirable:Experience in health-tech or digital health product implementation.Experience of sales in large customer settings.Understanding of app development lifecycles and user experience principles.Background in business case development or proposal writing for healthcare solutions.Formal project management training (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary + benefits package.Flexible hours with condensed days or 4 days per week.Professional development opportunities, including potential training in project management.Flexible, remote-first working environment with UK travel (approx. 1 day per week).The opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven company that is transforming healthcare communication and patient safety.Exposure to potential international travel and US market opportunities.
