We are supporting a leading pan-European Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Investment Analyst to join their Investment & Fund Management team. This position will support the Fund Management team with management, analysis and reporting of their pan- European (sector agnostic) funds and provide support to the Investment team with deal execution.Key Investment Analyst responsibilities:Support the process for recommendation(s) to the Investment Committee.Support the production of fund and asset level budgets, business plans and models.Conduct hold/sell analysis.Produce quarterly strategy and investor report, plus ad hoc reporting.Promote sustainability initiatives throughout the funds.Support with the review of quarterly and year-end accounts.Work with other internal functions such as Research & Strategy, Performance Analytics, Fund Accounting, Finance, Asset Management and Transaction Management.Investment Analyst requirements:Strong financial and excel modelling skills required.Degree or masters in real estate, Investment, Finance or Economics.Strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.Previous experience within in a real estate investment role (pan-European would be an advantage).Ability to travel to pan-European sites when required.Excellent communications skills.Salary is 65,000 - 75,000 plus benefits package and bonus potential.Office is based in Central London (4 days in the office, 1-day WFH), plus occasional travel across Europe to visit sites.If this opportunity is of interest and you have the Real Estate Investment/ Fund Analysis experience required, please apply with your CV.
