About the ClientOur client is a leading specialist in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality aluminium faade systems. They work on diverse projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions.Roles/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Create and manage baseline programs to track project milestones.Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) to identify essential tasks and dependencies.Manage Extension of Time (EOD) claims with accurate documentation.Oversee resource allocation to optimize efficiency.Monitor and generate burn-down charts to track project progress.Collaborate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, reports, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Project Planner in construction, faade installation, or a related field.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management software.Strong ability to develop and manage baseline programs and track project performance.Experience in conducting CPA and assessing EOD claims.Expertise in resource allocation and project sequencing.Ability to analyze burn-down charts to ensure on-time project delivery.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Career development and training opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding company.
