We are now looking to recruit an experienced business development individual to accelerate our growth aspirations. This is a new role and investment in the Company, to furtherelevateour impressive growth over the past couple of years andthereforerepresents an excellent opportunity for the right individual.The role:Business Development ManagerSpending significant time in the field, you will be supported by our office based in Brent Knoll, and you will work closely with the Managing Director in respect of;Identifying new market opportunities;both in our existing market strongholds as well as developing new geographiesthrough research, proactive prospect and networkingDeveloping new relationships; with dealerships and the key principles through regular and value-added interactionsPositively differentiate EVS;we operate differently to the rest of the market and are keen to get the message out, so the role would require an ambassadorial approachTenders;prepare,present and negotiate tenderswhich are carefully adapted and tailored to individual clients needs, to ensure we successfully secure new relationshipsStay up-to-date;with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments sharing market intelligence internallyEssential attributes:Ability to work within a close-knit teamEnthusiastic attitude, highly motivated and open to developingand trying new sales strategies and approachesDiligent and organised, with an eye for detailComputer literate, with excellent written and oral communication skillsA self-starter who enjoys meeting new people and forging successful relationships,at pace.
