We are partnering with a top legal 200 firm with a large presence across Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia who are looking to grow their Property Litigation team. The ideal candidate would have 4 years+ PQE with expertise in Property Litigation matters and have a genuine passion for this area.They want someone who would have experience in drafting court/tribunal proceedings, is comfortable dealing with land registry requirements and would be able to join the team and hit the ground running. The team advises on: Commercial Property Landlord and tenant mattersProperty guardianship possession actionsCommercial dilapidationsBoundary disputesSuccession EvictionsCommercial and residential leasesRestrictive covenant disputesEnfranchisement mattersThe successful candidate: 4+ years PQE as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
