A new Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager is needed to join our boutique clients. They work on exciting projects on a daily basis with their work being diverse and challenging. We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to be based in our clients office in Lincoln and work on national projects. 50,000 - 75,000 + benefits In this role the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects covering all of the RIBA Plan of Work stages including initial engagement, managing the design process, procurement of contractor (s) and managing the post contract elements on behalf of their Clients.You will have the ability to work autonomously using your construction knowledge to problem solve and make decisions on a daily basis though be supported by an experienced team.Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and analysis of cost estimates / cost plansPreparation of key project documentation i.e. Programme, Project Execution Plans, ReportsProcurement and management of design team members, contractors and sub contractors as necessaryPreparation of Interim valuations and final account submissionsManaging and valuing variation accountsIdentification and management of commercial risksProduce monthly cash flow forecastsEstablish, maintain and enhance effective working relationshipsBenefitsAlong with the opportunity to work on some fantastic projects, we also have a range of exciting benefits which can be tailored to suit you, which includeGreat salaryPerformance Related BonusPrivate Medial InsuranceFlexible BenefitsHybrid / Flexible workingDeath in Service InsuranceA range of salary sacrifice schemes (Cycle to Work, Electric Vehicle etc)Who are we looking for?Ideally be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)Degree in Construction related field i.e. Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying / Project ManagementExperience working in the Construction sectorExperience in JCT Design & Build and two stage tender processGood knowledge of construction contracts particularly JCT & NEC
