This is a full-time hybrid role for a Youtube Producer at Trendy Grandad. As a Youtube Producer, you will be responsible for creating and producing engaging Youtube video content, casting and managing entire Youtube productions from start to finish and working with brands on their Youtube creative strategies. This role is hybrid based - our team work across UK, but we have a office location in London for hybrid working.You will be supported by a team of Youtube specialist creatives and producers that will enable you to shape and grow Youtube channels.The Role:Overseeing and curating YouTube channels for various brands using audience development techniques.Taking charge of assigned brands to enhance profitability and channel growth through all available strategies.Defining the aesthetic and strategic direction of the channels.Utilising analytics data to boost content performance and swiftly adapting to platform changes.Sourcing, editing, and curating content from a vast library.Repurposing existing content for different platforms to strengthen brand presence.Crafting engaging copy that adheres to SEO best practices and brand guidelines.Researching and integrating Google keywords into content metadata.Ensuring compliance with weekly upload schedules.Investigating trending topics and understanding YouTube algorithms.Identifying new revenue opportunities and areas for growth.Work with our post production team to amend the production to your vision.The Candidate:Proven experience in managing YouTube channels.Comprehensive pre-production skills, including concept development, casting, scriptwriting, and storyboarding.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in video editing software.Ability to create and implement effective YouTube strategies.Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.Self-driven with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong collaborator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.Highly organized, experienced in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Passionate and knowledgeable about the YouTube platform.
