Director, Pensions Actuarial & ConsultingLocation: UK-wide, hybrid (London, Manchester or Midlands is preferred)Salary: 120,000-185,000 base + generous bonus Following a sustained growth period, I am hiring a Director role to contribute to the continued success of a Pensions consultancy.The role:Drive new business development through winning clients, tender submissions, and leading pitches. Also leveraging existing networks internally and using your own networkAdvise on the complexities of new clients issues, as well as winning the businessWork across multiple business lines in delivering consultative adviceCan be involved in proposition development, and mentoring/ leading people internallyContribute to the strategic direction of the business as a whole, and support your local officeThe individual:FIA10+ years of experience gained at a EBCExperience leading clients and building relationshipsCommercial acumenMainly trustee-side experience as opposed to being corporate-focusedIdeal extra skills:Scheme actuary certExperience working on schemes >1bn (as lead or second support)Someone curious and innovative, challenges the norms and is hungry to impact the direction of the businessPart-time/ reduced hours can be considered on a case-by-case basis.Please get in touch for details on the client, day-to-day and full remuneration.
