Your focus will be on diagnosing challenges using data insights, identifying opportunities for development, and delivering coaching sessions that directly impact revenue generation.This is not a one-size-fits-all training roleyou will have full autonomy to coach in a way that best suits each individual, using a wealth of resources and support from our extensive L&D curriculum.
