Closing Date: 18th April 2025Location: LondonA highly attractive investment firm with offices across the US, Europe and Asia.You will be joining an established global team with oversight across EMEA and other regions.Job DescriptionKey focus will support the EMEA team with on-going transactions, offering legal and commercial guidance as well as project management support.Working closely with front office teams around new products / fund launches / structuring transactions.You will take lead on various agreements in relation to distribution, third party, investment management and marketing. The work will include negotiating term sheets, advising on commercial issues and liaising with external counsel.You will work closely with the General Counsel to support other regions such as Asia.Requirements6 - 12 PQETrained at a top tier law firm, with excellent education credentials experience across the funds sectorExposure to general funds work such as implementing strategies across multiple product lines and supporting teams with various investment based agreements.Understanding of structuring and regulatory considerations in key global jurisdictions.Ability to work independently and then form part of a global legal team with global projects - essentialwww.sdlegal-global.com Established in 2018 and with physical office locations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Europe.To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, these include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
