InterQuest are supporting a well-established financial services organisation in identifying an Operational Risk Manager to join the business based in Manchester. This exciting opportunity would lead on the 2nd line management of the firms risk framework ensuring all key risks are being managed.The role would join a well-established team in a very visible role with the organisation, working closely with the Head of the role would offer excellent career progression and hybrid working (3 days per week).Co-ordinate with other second line risk and compliance teams to complete assurance and monitoring activity.Provide risk input, support, challenge and guidance on the risks within key business projectsMI reporting surrounding risk committee packsLead on the completion of risk assessments, embedding ownership of risk identification, assessment, management and monitoring within the first line.To be considered you would need:Excellent knowledge or risk frameworks within retail/consumer lendingStrong operational risk experience including RCSAs/KRI reporting etcThis role will likely move quickly, please click apply for consideration
