Job Description

HAIL Partners is working with a global Private Equity firm based in London who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator. This role will sit in the HR Business Partner team and support the entire employee lifecycle, assist with recruitment processes, and contribute to various HR projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.Manage documentation related to HR processes including regulatory references and documentation relating to SMCR requirements.Ensuring payroll data is accurately entered and maintained in Workday.Support recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and working with agencies.Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement and learning & development programs.Support the implementation of HR systems and process improvements.Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment.Strong knowledge of HR administration and best practices.Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS is desirable.
