They currently have 15 consultants with 8 individuals working in London and the rest working remote or based internationally. They pride themselves on being fliexible and providing an excellent environment for experienced They are currently looking for a driven, ambitious consultathat that can leverage their platform and grow a successful Legal recruitment divisonl focussed on Private Practice. About the RoleYour responsibilities as a practice leader of Legal recruitment Establish and build out a desk focussed on Legal Private Paractice Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.Business development and existing client developmentIncreasing our candidate pools through referrals and cutive searching.managing full 360 processin time build a team to focus on UK, Middle-East and US markets Pay range, compensation package and benefitsThey invisage Basic salary will likely be 45,000 - 75,000 for a strong consultant but flexible on package Excellent comission structurehybrid / remote working arrangementsExpense account for networking with clients and candidates.Excellent opportunities and routes for promotion.Annual incentive trips & rewards run throughout the year.Global opportunities with chance to work Dubai or US in future Opportunity to work lucrative international markets.
